If you have a maintenance contract or are under warranty and are experiencing problems with any of your Jayex products, please call the Customer Support Line on 020 8838 6222 – Option 2, or email us by clicking here


This gives you  access to our dedicated support team who are well trained, experienced and committed to helping you by finding the best solution to your problem. We provide technical support five days a week Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

If you do not have warranty cover we will be pleased to advise you and give a quotation for works required.
 
Please note that during extremely busy periods, not all calls can be dealt with immediately, however our support staff will always endeavour to return your calls within 8 working hours.
