Jayex supply Self Check-In Touch Screens, LED & LCD Patient Call Displays and intuitive Practice Management Software to ensure you get the best solution for your GP or Dental practice.
Installing any our solutions will deliver immediate benefit, by reducing delays and administration whilst lowering costs and giving all staff more time.
With Increasing paperwork, flu immunisation programmes (let's not mention swine flu) and targets constantly presurising practice resources, every effort is now needed to streamline all areas of the practice to release frontline staff to actually deal with patients.
The new suite of Jayex products is designed to do just this. With auto arrivals (taking an average of 70% of traffic away from the reception) and intelligent patient-calling solutions, practices are able to see more patients closer to appointment times and drive home key health messages to waiting patients.
With more than 6,000 GP surgeries benefitting from using Jayex systems, the company has taken the approach to listen to requirements, and is now delivering the best next generation solutions. OK, so what's new? The LED is still the best, but reception will nonetheless benefit from more help. Jayex has taken an integrated approach to this problem by installing IBM auto-arrival kiosks into almost 2,000 sites. Not only do patients arriving get marked down quicker, but this also means your reception staff do not get sneezed on or coughed over by patients hovering at the reception desk.
In addition, patients can receive real-time messages such as how long and where they should wait, etc. The system can pick up discrepancies of dates of birth, changes in names and contact details, thus improving the quality of data held by the practice.
With Enlighten (available in 30 languages) at the front end of the check-in process, patients can be asked questions and be advised about practice services.
The waiting-room environment is an ideal opportunity to inform and educate patients with your messages, rather than merely showing some piped-in adverts that you cannot control. Messages on the LED Patient Call Display are simple and convey basic information, but the addition of an LCD multimedia screen (X-Media), on its own or as part of the patient call system, is essential.
Jayex Web-Media comes with a download link to posters and videos (many provided by NHS Choices) to dynamically educate patients with key health messages and practice information that is 100% within practice control. This encourages patients to attend clinics and can be supported by QI Interactive an intuitive touch screen that operates as a virtual help desk, patient questionnaire and a patient information kiosk.
