Jayex launches Enlighten Multi-Clinic Waiting Room Management 
Launched in spring 2008, Enlighten builds on the success of Jayex products such as X-Touch touch screen auto arrivals, D300 LED patient call and X-Call dynamic multi-media patient call signage with a web based, generic waiting room application.
Designed to optimise patient flow through the waiting room, Enlighten removes the need for each practice or service to have dedicated self check-in touch screens and patient call displays. This dramatically cuts reliance on hardware and allows all visitors with valid appointments to share a common experience of arrivals and patient call.
Specialising in workflow optimisation, Jayex have completed over 6000 healthcare installations over 15 years and Enlighten is the next generation multi-clinic arrivals and call system to optimise service delivery.
Enlighten has a multi-language patient interface, demographics confirmation with built in questionnaires.
Information-rich reporting is designed for GP Practices, Community and Hospital Outpatients Clinics, Lift and Polyclinic environments to assist in smoothing workfolw and better clinic management.
Enlighten also works with X-Media, a multi-media solution delivering high impact messages & health information to waiting areas with split screen and multiple screen control, supporting a wide range of media formats including NHS Choices videos.

Jayex were approached to create a solution for LIFT and Polyclinic (multi-clinic) projects with the objective to deliver a building wide patient experience, whilst building on the interoperability of Jayex solutions with many of the clinical systems.
Jayex listened to client requirements and defined a system that went far beyond any solution previously delivered.
