QI is fully customisable and does not identify the user unless they elect to provide personal information. It can even print leaflets on demand or allow a user to request further information on any given subject. The integrated powerful reporting feature, designed as a browser based intranet page, will provide any operator or manager with unique data on usage along with statistical information allowing a better targeting of resources and the ability to deliver improved services.
