Mobile self-check-in is a new module hosted on the Jayex Arrive platform. It enables easy and efficient two-step patient check-in, helping to reduce queues in busy waiting rooms. If your practice sends an automated SMS appointment reminder to patients, you can include a link that allows patients to check-in from their mobile devices, easing the workload of practice staff.

On arrival, patients can open this link or alternatively, they can scan their unique practice QR code to access the check-in module on their mobile phone. Setting up the mobile check-in module can be done remotely and is not only available for Jayex customers but also to practices using Egton and Wiggly/Engage check-in screens.

Styles

The Jayex Kiosk comes in two styles depending on your practice needs.

The Freestanding Kiosk has a recognised presence in the practice as a check-in solution whereas the desk / wall mount kiosk is good for smaller practices with minimal space.

All wall mounted touchscreens are fitted at a DDA compliant height.
