Jayex products and services are supplied to organisations under a written agreement — the terms, service levels and responsibilities that apply to you are the ones in your organisation’s contract with us.

Use of this website itself is covered by the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which describe exactly what the site does with data, plus the terms in this section. Content on this site is provided for information about our products and services; your contract is what governs supply.

The material on this site — text, images, graphics and code — belongs to Jayex Limited or its licensors. You’re welcome to view, print and share links to it; don’t republish it as your own or use it commercially without asking us first.

Don’t use the site in a way that damages it or gets in the way of others using it: no attempts to breach its security, no automated scraping or harvesting beyond ordinary search-engine indexing (our robots.txt says what’s welcome), and no use of anything collected from this site for unsolicited marketing.

If we change these terms, the change appears on this page. English law governs use of this site, and the courts of England have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
